Oh So Fresh Market & Grub was born from the partnership of good friends Ting Jiang and Ashtyn Chen. The two have over 30 years of experience owning restaurants and seafood distribution businesses. In addition, Ashtyn owns OceanArc, a seafood farm based out of Ohio that raises saltwater shrimp year-round.

Oh So Fresh provides a mobile version of our brick-n-mortar restaurants to reach more Ohioans with our delicious cuisines. In addition, Oh So Fresh will be a mobile grocery store that would allow the same customers access to the freshest seafood ingredients, including sustainable OceanArc shrimp, live lobsters, crab legs, and more!
